The Parent company of group of companies – “Private Joint stock company «Industrial-research institute of welding-insulation technologies on pipelines construction «Neftegazstroyizolyatsiya» was created in 1995 on the basis of the Kiev branch of the CSC “Gazstroymashina” at Minneftegazstroy USSR. The largest pipeline systems of the CIS countries, Central Asia and the Middle East were built using techniques and technologies developed by the Institute specialists.

Today, GC “Neftegazstroyizolyatsiya” is one of the world’s leading scientific and industrial enterprises, which develops technologies and equipment, and performs work on their own to overhaul pipelines for various purposes, including the implementation of the recovery operations of the pipe body and insulation coating new generation in field and factory. The Group has many years of experience in complex geographical and climatic conditions, highly skilled professionals, powerful modern technological base, composed of unique equipment and machinery.

The group of companies includes:

• LLC “Institute of Transport and Energy Systems of Ukraine” was established in 2004 to perform design, construction and installation works for the construction of the linear part of the main pipelines, compressor and gas distribution stations.
• PCR Pipelines Construction & Rehabilitation Sp. z o.o., founded in 2017 specializing in construction and installation works for the construction and repair of oil and gas pipelines in the territory of the European Union.
• Scientific Park “Reliable Pipeline Transportation of Energy”, specializing in innovative and promising developments in the field of construction and repair of pipelines. The company also provides training for specialists in the construction and repair of pipelines, including training of welders in our specialized Training Center for pipeline welders.
• LLC “Construction firm “Gefest” (Mirgorod construction plant) distributed in 2002, production of building materials, concrete and reinforced concrete products.
• LLC “Transport and production construction company” TSL “2005. transport and logistics services. A full range of services in the field of cargo transportation.
• In 2012, a branch of PII SIT Neftegazstroyizolyatsiya LLC was opened in Tskhaltubo, which organizes the repair and construction of pipelines in Georgia.
• In 2013, BIG-NGSI Nigeria LTD was opened in Nigeria to carry out pipeline projects in Africa.

During his work, by GC “Neftegazstroyizolyatsiya” implemented a number of large-scale projects for oil and gas transportation systems objects RAO “Gazprom”, JSC “Transneft” (Russian Federation), “Naftogaz of Ukraine” (Ukraine), “Intergas Central Asia” (Republic of Kazakhstan ), Georgia, JSC “Beltransgaz” AK “Friendship” (Belarus), and other enterprises in Europe and Central Asia. For the period since 2000 insulation performed more than 1000 000 m2 surface of pipelines.

GC “Neftegazstroyizolyatsiya” performs the whole complex of works on the construction of pipelines for any purpose, including:

• Overhaul (Capital repair) of oil and gas pipelines;
• New construction of pipelines (oil and gas pipelines, water pipelines);
• Repair the insulating covering oil and gas pipelines without stopping oil and gas transportation;
• Horizontal Directional Drilling;
• Construction and reconstruction of compressor stations and distribution of trunk pipelines and mainline pressure pipelines;
• Civil and industrial construction;
• Production and supply of equipment for the construction and repair of pipelines.

The Company have licenses of the execution of all the mentioned works. The quality of work is verified by qualification certifications and currently in force quality systems in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001 standards.

The priority direction in the development GK “Neftegazstroyizolyatsiya” is an extension of their professional activity and the establishment of working relations in African countries such as Egypt, Angola, Nigeria, Algeria and countries in the European Union.
